Thisisnotashop has an exciting program lined up for 2010 that includes independent exhibitions and projects in Ireland, New York, and elsewhere… the first of these exhibitons is The Writing Workshop exhibiton titled Glass I… on from February 11th-28th at P.S.1 Contemporary Arts Center in New York City sponsored by ARTBOOK and Culture Ireland. Writing Workshop Exhibition at P.S.1 MOMA Final Week
The Writing Workshop Exhibition at P.S.1 is in its final week so if you are in the New York Area and are looking for a contemporary art outing please check it out. The exhibiton features work by Jessica Foley, Aine Ivers, Susan Thomson, and Jessamyn Fiore. It has been generously supported by Artbook and Culture Ireland. In April the Writing Workshop members are traveling to New York City for a further exhibition and series of workshops/readings. This series will kick off the New York branch of The Writing Workshop extending our little creative text movement to two continents! Exact details about the Writing Workshop in NYC will be posted here… Jessamyn Fiore will be at the P.S.1 Writing Workshop Exhibition this Saturday around 4.30pm to walk through the peices and talk about the workshop and its process… for further information email (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
